Here are our simple booking terms.

  • Minimum 50% deposit to confirm a booking.

 

  • Final payment to be made either by bank wire and reached our account no less than 10 days before the event OR paid cash in Thai baht (no other currencies are accepted) BEFORE event start. If this is not fulfilled we will not use any of our equipment, NON NEGOTIABLE!

 

  • Any cancellation with less than 31 days prior to the event will be fully charged.

 

  • If the venue is changed after confirmation there might be extra fee for any extra work this might cause. This applies if location within a resort or villa is changed as well. This is because the price you are given can depend on how easy or hard a location is to reach.

 

  • In case of rain it’s understood that loading off equipment and setting up can be delayed. If it starts to rain during the event equipment might have to be covered and maybe also turned off completely for protection reasons. If equipment are wet after rain stops it can also be needed to keep them off while them dries. Rain does not mean equipment will be moved. During rain equipment will not be able to be moved for safety reasons. Any extra moving of we agree will be subjected to additional costs. It is up to the clients to provide a rain proof area to be guaranteed rain isn’t delaying or interrupting events. Therefor we do also supply marquees for rent.
